Kielce Trade Fairs - general information
The exhibition centre boasting the most rapid growth
In 2009 we enjoyed a 27% share of the Polish market, which once again made the Company the second largest player in this industry. Not long ago - in 2002 - the Company’s market share amounted to no more than 9.5%, in 2006 it was 19%, in 2008 - 22%.
Last year, which was a difficult period for the Polish economy on the whole, the Kielce exhibition centre rented out 155,500 square metres of exhibition space, a 1% decrease on 2008. Although we recorded a slight – 2.6% - drop in the number of exhibitors, our trade fairs enjoyed a 9% increase in visitor attendance.

According to the report by the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, Targi Kielce continues to be Poland’s most rapidly growing exhibition centre.
Since 2006, another 30 events have been incorporated into the fair calendar of Targi Kielce, including the first exhibitions prepared by external operators, such as the Bakery and Confectionary Fair BAKEPOL organized by the Poznań International Fair, or the British fair dedicated to sheet metal working technologies BLECH POLSKA, which will be organized for the first time this year.
Membership of international trade fair organizations such as the UFI and CENTREX testifies to the high quality of provided services. Three exhibitions, i.e. the International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL, the International Fair of Plastics Processing PLASTPOL, as well as the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO are members of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) seated in Paris. The Targi Kielce company is Poland’s second exhibition centre to have met the strict requirements and conditions for membership of this international organization. Particular fairs’ membership of the UFI guarantees their international quality level, high organizational standards and great significance.
